Returns Policy
As all our artwork is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly ask you to check the sizing and choose carefully before you buy, and if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch — we’re here to help!
As artists, we’re passionate about creating artwork you’ll love for years. Whilst we don’t accept returns, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your order. If something doesn’t feel right, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your artwork will already be in production, and we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.
Damaged or faulty items
We take great care in packaging our artwork securely, but sometimes, damages can happen during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement for you.
If the colours don’t look as expected, please let us know. We work hard to ensure our artwork is represented as accurately as possible, but lighting can sometimes bring out subtle variations in tone. Try viewing it in different lights, and if it still feels off, get in touch and we’ll take a look.
