UK Returns Policy

As we make everything to order, we kindly ask that you check the sizing and choose carefully before you buy. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch — we’re here to help!

As artists, we're passionate about creating artwork you'll love for years, but we understand that sometimes it might not be the right fit. If you are in the UK, you can return your item for a full refund. Please note we are unable to offer a free return service or provide a return label.

Please make every effort to package your artwork to its original condition. Due to the nature of these products, they only tend to travel well if packaged correctly. We recommend you choose a tracked and insured service so you know it has arrived with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach Green Lili.

  • For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all corner protectors and bubble wrap and returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items returned without corner protectors, bubble wrap, or not being packaged correctly will not be refunded.
  • Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 7 working days.

To request a refund, please get in touch via the contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Custom or personalised artwork

Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your artwork will already be in production, and we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.

Damaged or faulty items

We take great care in packaging our artwork securely, but sometimes, damages can happen during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement for you.

If the colours don’t look as expected, please let us know. We work hard to ensure our artwork is represented as accurately as possible, but lighting can sometimes bring out subtle variations in tone. Try viewing it in different lights, and if it still feels off, get in touch and we’ll take a look.

B2B orders

As per our trade terms, we do not accept returns from trade customers who received special pricing, including any discounts, unless damaged or faulty. Please get in touch for a copy of our trade terms.
