UK Returns Policy

As all of our artwork is made to order, we kindly ask that you check the sizing and choose carefully. If you’re unsure of the colour, one of our canvas samples can give you a feel for how it might look in your space. Available on all artwork.

As artists, we're passionate about creating artwork you'll love for years, but we understand that sometimes it might not be the right fit. If you are in the UK, you can return your item for a full refund. Please note we are unable to offer a free return service or provide a return label.

How to return your canvas

Please make every effort to package your artwork in its original condition. These pieces only travel well when they are carefully wrapped. We also recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• In their original condition and packaging (including all corner protectors and bubble wrap)
• Returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note that items not packaged correctly or missing corner protectors and bubble wrap will not be refunded. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
