We're continuing our At Home series with Camilla from @camillas_world_, whose home is relaxed, minimal and all about balance. Leaning into calm neutrals and clean lines, it feels warm, lived-in, and personal. With a creative eye and a practical mindset, Camilla shows how to keep things simple without losing character.

How would you describe your home and interior style?
Camilla doesn't box herself into a single style, but minimalism is the starting point. She keeps things pared-back and neutral, using subtle pops of colour for balance. "I think the closest genre would be Japandi, a cross between Nordic and Scandi", she says.

Where do you go for inspiration?
A love for Instagram, and Pinterest of course, provide an endless source of inspiration, though Camilla's interest in interiors started long before she had her own space. "Even when I was still living with my parents, I was always looking into trending palettes and decor." Now, those habits have evolved. She scrolls with intention, making considered decisions and adapting ideas to align with her taste in a way that feels like her.

What's your top interior tip?
"Don't follow trends for the sake of it!" Camilla says. It's something she learned after rushing into early decisions when she first moved in, caught up in the buzz of owning a home and being able to put her stamp on it. Camilla admits some of those quick wins didn't age well, "any time I've decorated a room without following a trend, that ends up being the space I'm happy with for the longest".
How do you like to spend a slow Sunday?
On Sundays, Camilla likes to hit reset. Her perfect day must include a long dog walk (weather permitting), then blitzing the house. "I love entering a new week waking up feeling like I don't have to do any household chores," she says. Part ritual and part routine that works, it's the perfect way to ensure a slow and mindful week ahead.

Have you got any tips for choosing artwork?
When it comes to choosing art, Camilla keeps it visual. She starts by considering colours already in the space and builds from there. "I like to play around using a pic of the space on my phone," she says, "pasting in different artwork if I'm deciding between a few". It's a simple but effective process that helps her to make confident, lasting choices.

What's your favourite artwork from the Green Lili collection?
"Shore Thing is a firm favourite," says Camilla. It was the first piece she bought back in 2020, and still one she goes back to. "Lately I am loving the new collection featuring more brown shades," Camilla adds. Gorgeously rich tones to bring warmth whilst an earthy base feels timeless, grounding and easy to live with.

Camilla's home is proof that minimal doesn't mean cold or empty. It's about slowing down, choosing what you love, and letting each piece earn its place. Her thoughtful style recently caught the attention of Ideal Home magazine. Her advice is to take your time, skip the fast trends, and build a home that works for how you live.
